Sounds great - tell me more!

Are these photos?

No, our art is produced using a variety of digital tools and so is not photography. This means that while we aim to create works that are as realistic as possible, they may contain artifacts, minor omissions or other small discrepancies.

Can you really do any car? Can you really do my car?

Yes - old, new, coupe, saloon, 4x4, convertible, any colour. From the front, behind, the side or above. You name it, we can do it. And because every piece we produce is 100% bespoke, it will be your car - it will have its number plate and any distinguishing features will be present.

And any location?

Yes, you can choose any setting for your artwork, just let us know what you'd like. However, the car (or cars) have to be stationary - no action shots, sorry.

How will you know what my car looks like?

After checkout you'll be asked to complete a form to tell us what car(s) you want depicted - make, year, model and colour, that sort of thing. We'll also ask for a photo so we can be certain of capturing your specific vehicle.

My car is not standard. Is that OK?

Yes, just make sure the photo(s) you send us show the modifications.

What are my purchasing options?

You can order a piece containing either one or two cars and you can order a digital file or a digital file plus a physical A2 print. You can also order a piece in either landscape or portrait orientation - you'll have the option to choose which when you complete the form we send you after checkout. Picture frames for the physical A2 prints are not included.

Can you include people in the artworks?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to include real people in the artwork. However, generic people may be included to populate a scene.

Can you include other objects in the artworks, like an aeroplace or a motorbike?

Yes. However, if you would like a specific object (say a Supermarine Spitfire) rather than a generic object (any aeroplane with a propeller) then, from the perspective of ordering, it would count as being a second car so you'd need to order a piece containing two cars.

In what format will I receive the finished picture?

Every piece of art produced is supplied as a high-resolution digital file. It will be sent as an attachment to the email address you provided when you placed your order. The file will be in WebP format at a resolution of at least 7,500 x 5300 pixels, which is large enough for you to print it comfortably at any size up to A2 (420 x 594 mm / 16.5 x 23.4 inches). Prints larger than this will be possible but some loss of quality may be noticable at close distance. (WebP is a format that enables low file sizes while preserving quality. It can be opened using most desktop photo viewing and editing software and is accepted by most printers. It can also be converted into other formats, such as JPG and PNG, using readily available desktop software and online tools.)

As above, there is the option for customers in the UK to purchase an A2 print in addition. This will be printed on 225 GSM high gloss photo paper and dispatched directly from our print partner. It will be sent by tracked delivery in a cardboard tube, meaning it may need to be left to flatten before framing. The artwork will stretch to the edges of the print - there will be no border.

Can I order other sizes, ratios and dimensions? Can I order a picture containing more than two cars?

Please contact us by email or phone (see below) and we'll discuss what's possible.

Will I get to approve the artwork before it's finished?

Yes, we'll send you a low-resolution watermarked proof within 10 days of the receipt of your order to allow you to approve the artwork or request changes.

When will I receive my order?

Once we've received your approval or changes, you'll receive your finished digital file within 5 days. If you have also purchased an A2 print (UK clients only), this will follow within 7 working days directly from our print partner.

How much is postage?

We offer free shipping on all orders of A2 prints within the UK mainland. Naturally there's no delivery cost for the digital files.

I live outside of the UK. Can I still order an A2 print?

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping of physical prints to customers residing within the UK. This is because we believe it's safer and cheaper if international customers have the digital file we send them printed by a local company.

Can I return the artwork for a refund after I've received it?

As well as providing high levels of service, we strive to ensure the quality of every piece of art we create. But the matter of returns and refunds is a bit complicated as everything we produce is 100% bespoke. Please read our returns, refunds and cancellations policy.
